This app will already be downloaded if you have an iPhone
Under “Health Categories” go to “Activity”
From here, click “Steps”
It will record all steps you have taken that day, week, month, etc.
To record steps through this app: Screenshot your beginning and ending step count each time you set out on a walk or run. Then, subtract the end total from the beginning to see how close you made it to 6,250 steps!
